THE PENYDYFFRYN HOTEL
in Wrexham is a charming hotel which was built in 1845 of local stone,
originally constructed as a Georgian Rectory. It is in the Good Hotel
Guide and Johansen recommended, with Three Stars and two Rosettes from
the AA, well deserved by Chef David Morris.

Why not go and visit one of our best customers, Andrew Emsley at his Farm Shop and Visitors Centre in Yeadon, near Leeds .... We can't recommend this highly enough as a family day out in the North of England.... Browse around the shop where you can buy a wide range of traditional, local and quality produce (and food to feed the animals!) There is something for everyone - their farm trail is a family affair and they welcome everyone young and old to look around and enjoy the attractions and facilities.

LUCIES FARM
We were amazed to find this fascinating site whilst searching for Kobe Beef for one of our Executive Chefs. Do make a point of visiting the site, its a really interesting story and, in addition to their Catering Products, they also sell a highly nutritious dog food which we are going to try out on our gang! (We have four dogs between us).

FREEDOM FOOD
This is an RSPCA backed group who are guardians of good farming practices and passionate about animal welfare. They have given our farmers accreditation for the way they rear the Rose Veal calves, and also the abbatoir where the calves are processed.
