Thanks ever so much for the fab newsletters you send.

Also, I wanted to thank you for the order I made just before Christmas (I know that was a while ago but I really have not had time to email before now).

The day my order was due to be delivered was on the Friday before Christmas and on the Wednesday I discovered that the office would be closing early. I rang on the Wednesday to see if anything could be done and the lady I spoke to kindly sorted the order out and sent it so it arrived on the Thursday. Saved my bacon (bit of a pun there).

Anyway, I ordered a Bronze Selection box and I have to say that all the contents were of fantastic quality. The ostrich, veal and duck were all gorgeous. The bacon was brilliant, not like the grotty stuff that you get from the supermarket. Lovely thick rashers of bacon. I cooked them with the pheasant that was also in the selection box.

I have ordered ostrich and other meats from online suppliers before but the service and the quality has never been this good. You can definitely count on orders from me in the future.
